this is my cross stitch progress from yesterday btw! left side is where i started in the morning, right side is where i finished after about twelve hours of more or less constant stitching. i’m still very much a novice as this is only my second project and i still haven’t completed my first one, so i’m hoping to stitch faster in the future 😋 i’m happy with it, tho!
all that’s left is the backstitching to outline it (which i started today at work but haven’t photographed yet) and then the text, which says “laundry today or naked tomorrow”. my goal for today is to finish the outline on the basket itself and hopefully start on the text, but i might have to give my eyes + fingers a rest before then
taking a break from backstitching to get some food, here’s my progress so far!

son of a bitch, i finished it but forgot to take a picture and i’m not getting back out of bed to take one. i’ll try to remember tomorrow. i also started a new one so i might do progress pics of that one too

i want to iron it to get rid of the fold lines, but mom has me worried about scorching the fabric or messing with the stitching so we’ll see :I still tho!
